- Lifting capacity
This is the maximum weight of goods that the chain hoist can lift. Common lifting capacities include 0.5 tons, 1 ton, 2 tons, 5 tons, 10 tons, etc.
- Lifting height
It refers to the maximum vertical distance that the hook can rise, such as 3 meters, 6 meters, 9 meters, etc.
- Lifting speed
Generally, it is measured in meters per minute, such as 5 meters per minute, 8 meters per minute, etc. The speed may vary under different loads.
- Running speed
That is the speed at which the chain hoist moves in the horizontal direction.
- Motor power
It is usually measured in kilowatts (kW), such as 1.5kW, 2.2kW, etc.
- Chain specification
It includes the diameter, material (such as alloy steel), pitch of the chain, etc.
- Working level
It reflects the frequency of use and load status of the chain hoist, such as M3, M4, etc.
- Power supply type
Common ones include AC 220V, 380V, etc.
- Protection level
For example, IP54, IP55, etc., indicating its dustproof and waterproof capabilities.
- Noise level
It is usually measured in decibels (dB).
For example, a chain hoist has a lifting capacity of 2 tons, a lifting height of 6 meters, a lifting speed of 8 meters per minute under light load and 4 meters per minute under heavy load, a motor power of 2.2kW, a chain diameter of 8 millimeters, a working level of M4, a power supply of 380V, a protection level of IP55, and a noise level of about 70dB.
