Single-pole insulated conductor rails for cranes are a highly reliable mobile power supply system specifically designed for various types of lifting equipment, including overhead, gantry, and jib cranes. They are constructed from highly conductive copper or aluminum alloy conductors and encased in multiple layers of high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic insulation, forming a rigid, self-supporting, enclosed structure.

The conductor rail materials are copper (200 A–5000 A) and aluminum (150 A–3000 A).

The conductor rail system can be installed indoors or outdoors. For high-temperature applications, high-temperature insulation covers rated up to +115°C are available; for low-temperature applications, the system is rated down to -40°C.
